Rosario Resort & Spa Sells at Auction

Windermere would like to congratulate the new owners of Rosario Resort & Spa and our Associate Broker John Prosser who represented this new ownership group in the purchase. The new owners purchased Rosario Resort and Spa from Texas based Olympus Real Estate Partners, at an Auction held at the property on September 30^th. The group represented by John is a local family owned group with strong ties to Anacortes and the San Juans.
