Y ou’ve got some money to burn, so do you redo the kitchen, or replace those old windows with new vinyl ones? Add a deck, or replace the siding? Remodeling Magazine and the National Association of Realtors team up to release a yearly report on the value of remodeling projects and thier associated costs, this is one of my favorite reports of the year. Check out the article on the National Association of Realtors site, and see if your next project makes financial sense or not and let that help guide your decision making.
However, if you plan on staying put and living in your home for many years, well forget the article, and do whatever makes you feel most at home!
